Serturner is a healthcare company serving medical institutions across India. Alongside our supply business, we offer software for eldercare facility management and veterinary management, built from years of working closely with these sectors.

You’ll be our product expert in front of customers. You’ll know our platforms inside out, from every module and workflow to every setting, and use that knowledge to show facility owners, clinic heads and operations managers exactly how our software fits the way they work. You’ll guide each customer from first demo to a smooth go-live.

What you’ll do

- Master every module of our platforms and become the go-to expert internally and externally
- Run discovery meetings to understand each customer’s workflows, pain points and setup
- Deliver tailored live demos, both in office and online, built around the customer’s own processes
- Configure demo and trial environments that mirror real customer scenarios
- Answer functional and technical questions confidently, including data, security,



access controls and integrations
- Support onboarding, training and go-live for new customers
- Share customer needs and feedback with our product team
- Create demo scripts, product walkthroughs, FAQs and customer success stories

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years in SaaS pre-sales, solutions consulting, implementation or product roles; HMS, EMR or ERP experience is a strong plus
- Deep curiosity about how software works, and you enjoy knowing a product better than anyone
- Ability to explain complex software simply to non-technical owners and staff
- Comfortable with basic technical concepts like cloud, user roles, data imports and integrations
- Patient, consultative approach; you win trust by solving problems, not by pushing
- Willing to travel across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, with occasional travel outside Maharashtra
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
