Position Summary

Work you'll do

As an NCA Specialist, you will:

- Leverage Deloitte’s internal applications and external research tools to perform due diligence and research activities
- Help the team identify potential risks associated with new and returning clients to the Consulting practice
- Provide recommendations on the acceptance of clients for evaluation by industry and risk leaders
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner and coordinate appropriate follow-up and escalations
- Capture, evaluate, and document processes related to issues for resolution
- Actively collaborate with members of the risk team to aid in the evolution of the team's growth and of our path

The team The New Client Acceptance (NCA) Specialist will be a member of the Consulting – National – Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team. The mission of QRM is to manage the risk in our growing and increasingly complex business to improve financial performance and protect the firm’s assets and reputation. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the NCA process for prospective and existing Consulting clients.



As an integral member of the team, the NCA specialist will work closely with the existing NCA team, the automation team, the QRM team, and other stakeholders.

Location: Hyderabad/ Bengaluru/ Pune/ Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Education: BBA/BA/BS in related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Assertive, owns tasks, and is confident in executing assigned projects; takes initiative and uses available resources to complete tasks and goals
- Exercises good judgment / decision-making, when necessary, with the ability to also anticipate problems and respond accordingly
- Ability to manage own schedule, evaluate priorities, effectively plan and organize, and be attentive to deadlines
- Excels in both independent work and cooperative team environments
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent English verbal communication and written skills
- Commitment to learning multiple packages / applications
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and familiarity with Tableau reporting
- Experience in secondary research
