? Experience: 8-15 Years
? Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

✅ Key Skills & Experience:
Team handling, coaching, and performance management
Strong understanding of SLA, AHT, CSAT, quality, and productivity metrics
Operational leadership, escalations, and process compliance
Data analysis and action planning
Process improvement and operational excellence
P&C; Insurance experience preferred, ideally in Claims/Subrogation
