Netrefine is looking for motivated L1/L2 System Engineers to join us
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to clients and end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, user accounts, and permissions.
• Handle Outlook, Teams, Exchange, VPN, DNS, and network issues.
• Monitor endpoints using RMM tools.
• Manage tickets, follow SLAs, and document resolutions.
• Assist with server administration, patching, and IT infrastructure. Required
Skills:
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and networking.
• Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support processes.
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Shift Type: Night shifts only
• Shift Duration: 9 hours
• Shift Window: Between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM (IST)
• Shift Schedule: Actual shift timings will vary based on client requirements but will generally fall within the above time window.
