Remote Domain: Life Sciences | Bioinformatics | AI Training Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Computational Life Sciences or Medicine expert to lead a pod of 5–10 technical trainers. You will oversee the development of realistic, terminal-based scientific tasks for a frontier AI training initiative. You will review tasks for accuracy, reproducibility, and evaluation quality, mentor trainers, and ensure tasks reflect authentic life science and computational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and allocate work for a pod of trainers; monitor quality and throughput.
• Review tasks end-to-end (datasets, pipelines, reference solutions, automated tests) to ensure authentic, multi-step scientific reasoning.




• Validate scientific correctness (genome builds, statistical assumptions, units, etc.) and ensure pipelines are reproducible and secure from bypass.
• Design challenging agentic workflows and robust automated grading criteria based on substantive outputs.
• Screen tasks for biosafety/dual-use concerns and ensure data privacy. Key Requirements
• Ph.
D., postdoctoral, or equivalent research experience in life sciences.
• Robust scientific programming experience (particularly Python).
• Prior experience working as a POD-lead.
• Expertise in areas like bioinformatics, computational genomics, biostatistics, structural biology, or drug discovery.
• Ability to independently validate scientific reasoning and computational outputs. Role Details
