The OpportunityThis is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to move beyond traditional corporate roles and take an active part in building, shaping, and scaling a business. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will play a significant role in defining business strategy, developing new markets, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, identify opportunities, and take ownership of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Strategy: Contribute to the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and expansion roadmap.
• Business Development: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with corporate organisations, institutions, industry leaders, and potential strategic partners.
• Revenue Growth: Develop commercial strategies, identify new revenue streams, and drive business performance.
• Market Expansion: Research emerging markets, identify opportunities, and support geographical expansion.
• Leadership & Execution: Work closely with the Founder & CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable business initiatives.
• Business Development Operations: Strengthen sales processes, commercial frameworks, and organisational capabilities.
