Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role at Layerde is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels relevant to the brand. Responsibilities include engaging with the online community, responding to comments and messages, monitoring trends, and assisting in campaign execution to increase brand awareness. The intern will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with sustainability messaging, track basic performance metrics,



and contribute ideas for new formats and initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing within an environmentally focused organization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms and best practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with an understanding of basic campaign strategy and audience targeting.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or similar) and interest in data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly products are highly valued.
