Paid consulting engagement | Potential Founding CSO opportunity We are two technology and AI-focused founders exploring the creation of an AI-native biotechnology company in Mohali, India. Our initial interest is in controlled, localized tissue growth and regeneration, with potential applications in non-surgical breast and gluteal augmentation, muscle enhancement, and other regenerative treatments. We are not committed to any particular scientific approach, whether peptides, engineered proteins, cellular therapies, or other technologies. Before establishing a laboratory or committing significant capital, we are seeking an experienced scientific consultant to help us determine what is scientifically feasible, which opportunities have the greatest commercial potential, and how to pursue them efficiently. Initial Engagement An initial four-week paid consulting engagement, working directly with the founders to:
• Evaluate scientific feasibility, existing research, safety considerations, and competing technologies.
• Identify and prioritize research opportunities with significant commercial potential.
• Design a practical experimental strategy incorporating AI, automation, and high-throughput research where appropriate.
• Define the laboratory equipment, staffing, external partnerships, and estimated costs required.
• Develop a milestone-based research roadmap with explicit success and failure criteria.




• Establish realistic objectives for the first six months of research. The primary deliverable is an actionable research and investment plan, enabling us to decide whether to proceed with building the laboratory and hiring a scientific team. Who We're Looking For An experienced scientist with expertise in regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, adipose or muscle biology, molecular biology, or related disciplines. We particularly value candidates who have personally designed and executed experimental research programs, understand laboratory operations and costs, and can translate scientific ideas into practical, measurable experiments. Entrepreneurial thinking, scientific rigor, and a willingness to challenge our assumptions are essential. Experience with AI-assisted research is welcome but not required. Candidates must be based in India. The four-week consulting engagement is conducted online; the longer-term Founding CSO role will be in person in Mohali. Longer-Term Opportunity For the right individual, this engagement could develop into a Founding Chief Scientific Officer role, with meaningful equity and responsibility for recruiting and leading our research team and establishing our laboratory in Mohali.
