We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to run lead-generation campaigns for 10+ developers and channel partners, and to be the main point of contact for those clients. What you’ll do
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads lead-generation campaigns
• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding and creative testing
• Track cost per lead, lead quality and site visits, and act on the numbers
• Brief our in-house creative team on videos and ad images
• Speak with clients regularly: share reports, explain results, agree next steps What we need
• 1–3 years running lead-gen campaigns on BOTH Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Clear spoken and written English and Hindi for client calls and reports
• Real estate lead-gen experience is a strong plus
• Immediate joining, or within 15 days The details
• ₹35,000 per month, plus good incentives linked to client results
