• Handling Air & Ocean Import freight pricing, including FCL and LCL shipments.
• Float pricing enquiries to overseas agents and local vendors, compare quotations, negotiate rates and submit competitive offers within the required turnaround time.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, local NVOCCs and vendors for rate procurement, comparison and negotiation.
• Freight costing, profitability analysis and follow-up on pending quotations.
• Handling pricing enquiries for DG, ODC, AOG and project cargo shipments.
• Preparation of daily pricing reports and Daily Status Reports (DSR).
• Ensuring timely follow-ups, effective rate negotiations, accurate quotation submission and maintaining updated pricing records
