Experience:
0–2 Years Qualification: HSC / Graduate Job Purpose To manage and maintain accurate shipment-related data, logistics documentation, and operational records in the system, ensuring smooth and timely processing of courier and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Enter shipment details, AWB (Airway Bill) numbers, consignment details, and customer information into the system.
• Update shipment booking, dispatch, transit, and delivery status.
• Verify shipment details against invoices, shipping labels, and other supporting documents.
• Generate shipping labels, manifests, and shipment-related reports.
• Maintain daily Excel trackers and operational MIS reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, hub, dispatch, and delivery teams for shipment-related information.
• Track shipment discrepancies, incorrect entries, and missing information.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for inbound and outbound shipments.




• Maintain proper records of shipment documentation and delivery details.
• Follow DHL's operational procedures, quality standards, and data confidentiality guidelines. Required Skills
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of data entry and logistics documentation.
• Basic understanding of courier and shipment operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required. Educational Qualification
• HSC / Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Preferred Experience
• Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of AWB, shipment tracking, dispatch documentation, and MIS reporting.
• Experience working on ERP or logistics management software.
