Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Delhi, India. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating project costs, and monitoring budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include cost planning, cost reporting, and supporting procurement through accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis.



The role involves coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions aligned with design intent and client requirements. The Quantity Surveyor will also assist in contract administration, variation evaluation, and financial risk management to maintain cost control and support timely project delivery. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in cost control and cost management for interior or construction projects.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost planning.
• Experience in cost reporting, budgeting, and financial tracking throughout project phases.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of relevant estimation and project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, integrity in financial documentation, and willingness to work on-site at project locations.
