Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Junagadh. This role is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services. Day-to-day activities include conducting customer meetings, handling service queries, supporting account opening and documentation, and actively contributing to branch-level sales targets. The Relationship Officer will collaborate with branch teams to ensure high-quality customer service, timely resolution of issues, and cross-sell opportunities across deposits,



loans, and other financial products. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, complying with regulatory and internal policies, and providing feedback to improve customer experience and branch performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Business Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Finance and banking products, including deposits, loans, and basic credit principles.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and resolve queries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving branch and individual sales targets.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Junagadh, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and bank compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
