About this job: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across the Salesforce platform. The role will primarily focus on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft-driven integrations. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, lead discovery and solution design sessions, develop technical documentation, support presales activities, and guide implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. This is a senior, client-facing individual contributor role offering an prospect to work on innovative Salesforce solutions within the life sciences and healthcare domains.

Remote How you’ll make an impact:
• Design and govern end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, platform standards, and security requirements;
• Lead client-facing discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops;
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs;
• Prepare and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, data flows, integration specifications, and configuration documentation;
• Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and automation strategies using Salesforce Flows;
• Architect Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Email-to-Case;




• Design Salesforce integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns such as Platform Events and Change Data Capture;
• Collaborate with MuleSoft and integration teams to define API-led connectivity, error handling, retries, and monitoring strategies;
• Support presales activities, solution scoping, effort estimation, delivery planning, and implementation roadmaps;
• Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore development teams through design reviews and implementation guidance;
• Ensure solutions meet life sciences and healthcare compliance requirements, including validation readiness, auditability, change control, and release governance;
• Drive environment strategy, CI/CD governance, and deployment readiness using Git, SFDX, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools. What makes you a great fit:
• 8+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform;
• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Architecture role;
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including data modeling, security architecture, and automation using Flows;
• Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to guide development teams and make architectural decisions;
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud and at least one of Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud;
• Strong experience designing integrations using APIs and event-driven architecture;




• Experience working with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware integration platforms;
• Proven experience creating and maintaining technical and solution architecture documentation;
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams across requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment;
• Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage ambiguity and independently drive architectural decisions. Required Salesforce certifications: Candidates must hold all 3 certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator;
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I;
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. You are a star if you have:
• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, or Advanced Therapies;
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and data model design;
• MuleSoft development experience or MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) certification;
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or IQVIA OCE ecosystems;
• Exposure to GxP-regulated or validated environments, including validation documentation, traceability, test evidence, and audit readiness;
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as:
• Integration Architecture Designer;
• Identity and Access Management Designer;
• Data Architecture and Management Designer;
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
