Role Description The Junior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in creating mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, preparing presentations, and refining design documentation under the guidance of senior designers.



The role involves coordinating with internal project teams, gathering requirements, and contributing creative ideas that align with client briefs and brand standards. The Junior Designer will also help with site visits, measurements, and basic supervision of implementation to ensure design accuracy. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Qualifications
• Foundational design skills, including concept development, space planning, and basic architectural or interior detailing.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, canva , powerpoint )
• Ability to prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes, with attention to aesthetics and functionality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with senior designers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field
