Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities for Gen Z Media Agency. This position manages cash flow, monitors revenue and expenses, and develops financial models to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. The Senior Finance Manager will prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. The role includes implementing internal controls, optimizing pricing structures and cost efficiencies, and providing clear financial insights to leadership on campaign performance, profitability, and return on investment. The Senior Finance Manager will also collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align financial goals with business objectives and support scaling plans. Qualifications
• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and cash flow management.




• Proficiency with finance and accounting software, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to startups and agencies.
• Experience in pricing strategy, cost optimization, and profitability analysis in a service-based or digital marketing environment.
• Ability to interpret financial data, create dashboards, and present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a professional qualification (CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) is preferred.
• Prior experience in a senior finance role within a startup, agency, or rapid-growing organization is highly beneficial.
