About Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with 8-10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale data platforms and modern data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Oracle, SQL, Python, PySpark, and Apache Spark, along with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data engineering, integration, and modernization initiatives. You will play a key role in building robust data pipelines, improving data platform performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Apache Spark.
- Build high-performance data ingestion, transformation, and processing frameworks for large-scale enterprise environments.




- Optimize Oracle databases, SQL queries, Spark applications, and data processing workloads.
- Develop real-time and batch data integration solutions using Oracle GoldenGate, CDC, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Design and implement robust data warehousing and data modeling solutions to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Drive data migration, platform modernization, cloud adoption, and legacy transformation initiatives.
- Implement performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation strategies across data platforms.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Support cloud-based data engineering initiatives and enterprise data platform transformations.
- Perform code reviews and establish best practices for data engineering and development activities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Expertise You'll Bring

- 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, and Enterprise Data Platform development.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Oracle databases and Apache Spark ecosystems.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, PySpark, and/or Scala.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT frameworks and data processing pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture principles.




- Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured data environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Change Data Capture (CDC), Kafka, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience in data migration, platform modernization, and cloud transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and scalable data processing architectures.
- Experience implementing monitoring, automation, and operational best practices for enterprise data platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and provide technical direction on complex initiatives.
