Role Description The Sales Associate role at Saramis Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, the Sales Associate will identify and qualify leads, manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, and support the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing with guidance from senior team members. This position involves presenting Saramis Global’s accounting, audit, and finance support services to prospective clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

Associate will collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to understand service offerings, ensure accurate information is shared with clients, and contribute to meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities also include building relationships through follow-ups, participating in client meetings or calls, and providing feedback to improve sales materials and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Ability to understand and explain professional services related to accounting, audit, and finance, with robust listening and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales practices, lead generation, and CRM or sales tracking tools, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Customer service orientation with a client-first mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-based environment in Jaipur, with adaptability, reliability, and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred; prior experience in sales or business development in services or B2B environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of or interest in accounting, audit, or finance support services is beneficial; international client exposure or global business experience is a plus.
