Role Description The Salon Manager role at Serenity Wellness is a full time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Salon

Manager oversees daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, service quality, inventory management, and cleanliness standards. This role involves supervising and coaching team members, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional and consistent experience.

Manager tracks performance metrics, supports local marketing and promotions, and works closely with leadership to implement brand standards and operational improvements.



The position also includes responsibility for managing budgets, optimizing appointment bookings, and maintaining compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust cosmetology and hair care knowledge to effectively oversee services and support service professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and guide team members.
- Candidates should possess experience in hiring and onboarding staff to build and maintain high-performing salon teams.
- Relevant experience in salon, spa, or wellness management, including team supervision and operations oversight.
- Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and budgets with attention to detail and accountability.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools or point-of-sale systems for bookings, billing, and reporting.
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred; prior management experience in the beauty or wellness industry is an advantage.
