Role Description The Operations & Marketing Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role supports day-to-day event operations, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, managing vendor and partner communication, and assisting with on-site event execution. The position also involves supporting marketing activities such as basic market research, updating social media and digital content, helping with campaign coordination, and tracking marketing performance metrics.

The Operations & Marketing Assistant will respond to customer and partner inquiries, assist the sales and marketing team with proposals and follow-ups,



and help maintain organized records and reports. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent, timely communication is central to this role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Experience or aptitude in Market Research and basic Sales & Marketing activities to support campaigns and event promotion.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to handle inquiries, support relationship-building, and assist in follow-up with prospects and participants.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and social media channels).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, including on-site event support in the Greater Bengaluru Area and remote collaboration.
- Prior experience in events, marketing, or operations support is an advantage, especially within sustainability-focused or media organizations.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if skills and experience are demonstrated.
