Netrefine is looking for motivated L1/L2 System Engineers to join us!

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to clients and end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, user accounts, and permissions.
- Handle Outlook, Teams, Exchange, VPN, DNS, and network issues.
- Monitor endpoints using RMM tools.
- Manage tickets, follow SLAs, and document resolutions.
- Assist with server administration, patching, and IT infrastructure.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and networking.
- Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- MSP experience will be an advantage.

Work Hours & Location
- Shift Type: Night shifts only
- Shift Duration: 9 hours
- Shift Window: Between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM (IST)
- Shift Schedule: Actual shift timings will vary based on client requirements but will generally fall within the above time window.
- Work Location: JAIPUR (no remote work).
