Identify and resolve process issues related to mixing and shop-floor production to enable safer, smoother, and more efficient workflows.

- Develop, document, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and process workflows for current and future operations.
- Lead recent product and process industrialization using Stage-Gate methodology, FMEA, PFMEA, and process-flow analysis.
- Establish new press products and identify bottlenecks, process risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods, including 7 QC tools, WCM matrices, 5-Why analysis, Gemba observations, DMAIC, and major Kaizen projects.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop process-control strategies that ensure product quality,



consistency, capability, and compliance.
- Train operators and team members, support change management, and strengthen adherence to standard processes.
- Reduce plant costs through raw-material optimization, value engineering, productivity improvements, and cost-reduction projects.
- Drive formulation improvements and ensure accurate implementation of manufacturing instructions.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and follow up on identified corrective actions.
- Manage the qualification of new raw materials and modification of existing products to support continuous improvement.
