CONTENT CREATION INTERN

Traineeship Tenure: 6 months (with the possibility of securing a full time role post completion, based on performance)

Location: Mumbai

Working Mode: 5 days working, from office (On-site)

- Ideate: brainstorm short form video concepts and content angles for our brand clients.
- Reference: research trends, formats and creators to shape strong creative direction.
- Shoot: plan and shoot short-form video content on location and in-studio.
- Edit: handle basic edits to turn raw footage into polished reels.
- Execute end to end: coordinate every reel from concept to final delivery, working with the team and clients along the way.

Eligibility Preference:-
- A recent graduate (or final-year student)



with a strong interest in social media and shortform video
- Someone who lives on Instagram and knows what makes a reel work
- Comfortable shooting on a camera or phone and using basic editing tools (CapCut,

Premiere Pro, VN or similar)
- Being proactive and comfortable on camera is a plus point
- Organised, proactive and good at coordinating moving parts
- A clear communicator who takes feedback well and learns fast

Additional Preference:-
- A portfolio, reel or social handle that shows your work (personal projects count!)
- Basic scripting or copywriting skills
