We're Hiring: Creative Designer, Video Editor & Social Media ManagerHelp us build the Venture School brand.

Venture School is looking for a creative, digitally savvy and hands-on individual who can bring ideas to life through design, video, content and social media.

This is more than a graphic design role. You will work closely with the Founder, taking ownership of how Venture School communicates, creates and engages with its growing global community of founders, innovators and builders.

What you'll be doing

- Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets, graphics, carousels, presentations, banners and marketing materials.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, reels, interviews, founder stories, webinars and educational content.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, publish and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Turn ideas, conversations and founder insights into engaging digital content.
- Website Management: Work on website content, landing pages, visual assets and ongoing platform updates.
- Brand Building: Maintain consistency across our visual identity, tone of voice and digital presence.
- Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the Founder to plan content calendars, develop creative campaigns and bring ideas from concept to execution.

Who we're looking for




- Solid experience in graphic design, video editing and social media management.
- Robust creative eye with an understanding of digital branding and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience creating engaging social media content.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut or equivalent.
- Comfortable working with AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content and asset generation.
- Experience managing websites and updating digital platforms.
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable taking ownership from idea to delivery.
- Someone who understands how to make content engaging, human and authentic rather than just producing generic marketing posts.
