Job Description
/ Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, quality, production, and other support functions.
• Identify potential project risks and issues; establish and execute mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and milestone communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements, specifications, and expectations are fully met.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and drive continuous improvement within processes and documentation.
• Conduct project review meetings and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. AUTHORITY
• Decision-making authority on project schedules, task assignments, and resource utilization within approved limits.
• Authority to coordinate and direct cross-functional project team members.
• Approval authority for project-related documents, reports, and stakeholder communications.




• Escalation rights for major project deviations, risks, or resource constraints. JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY Qualification:
• BE/Diploma/B. Tech or any relevant field

Experience:
• 10–12 years of experience in Project Management within manufacturing/engineering environments. Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
• High customer orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
