As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities in office, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage installation and commissioning processes, ensuring that all work is carried out according to project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work.
