Key Responsibilities:
Process and apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
Manage unapplied cash and suspense accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to reconcile payments and resolve any issues related to cash application.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to cash application activities.
Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
