The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backlog prioritization, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, particularly within the ServiceNow ITSM framework. As a ServiceNow Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined and prioritized based on stakeholder feedback and business value.
Work closely with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders,



providing updates on product development and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure that the ServiceNow ITSM solutions are effectively implemented and meet the needs of the organization.
Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in backlog prioritization and agile methodologies.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow products, particularly ITSM.
