We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in an international voice process environment. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers in an international setting, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.




Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills:
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with international BPO processes is advantageous.
