We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing factory accounts and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.




Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable communication skills, both verbal and written.
