Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee portfolio management activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and review audit reports, including internal audits and statutory audits, to maintain transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with the team to conduct tax audits and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
Maintain documentation processes related to alternate investments and portfolio management activities.




Stay updated with the latest developments in the financial sector, particularly in relation to AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) and SEBI regulations.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of portfolio management and investment strategies.
Familiarity with KYC and AML regulations.
Experience in preparing audit reports and conducting audits.
Understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Relevant certifications such as NISM will be an advantage.
