We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our agile team in Karnataka or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service desk assistance to our clients. This role requires a robust understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.
Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and tracking of service requests.
Assist with user account management in Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.




Maintain documentation of support processes and user guides to enhance team efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in service desk operations and technical support.
Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in an international BPO environment is a plus.
