We are seeking an experienced Stenographer and Personal Assistant to support the directors of our organization in managing their day-to-day official activities. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasant and energetic personality, with a robust command of shorthand and excellent communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the directors' schedules and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Take dictation from directors and draft letters and documents accordingly.
Maintain self-correspondence with customers and vendors, ensuring timely communication.
Organize and arrange all necessary documents for travel, visa, and accommodation for directors and employees.
Coordinate with various stakeholders on behalf of the management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Schedule appointments and organize meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as required.
Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director,



providing support for all business activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain and manage all required data safely, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information and reports.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in stenography and shorthand is mandatory.
Strong typing speed and good knowledge of computer systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
