We are urgently hiring a Process Specialist - Order to Cash to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and will be responsible for handling sales support requests related to quotes, orders, amendments, pricing sheets, and vendor quotes. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide subject matter expertise and resolve complex process-related issues effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing O2C activities, preparing training materials, work instructions, and knowledge base documents, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. The Process Specialist will also perform root cause analysis and support customer-facing issue resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a BPO workplace,



with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash, Quote Management, and Quote-to-Order processes. A good understanding of L2S processes, agreements, amendments, licensing, pricing, and reports is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, and customer/client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in training and knowledge base creation will be considered an added advantage.
