We are looking for an AI Program Manager to manage enterprise AI initiatives from planning and prioritisation through delivery, governance, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key Requirements:
3+ years leading AI programs or digital transformation initiatives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks and cross-functional teams.
Drive AI adoption and track ROI and productivity improvements.
Working knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, RAG and AI governance.
Familiarity with Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Azure AI.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage AI portfolio plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate with business, engineering, product, data, security and operations teams.
Develop business cases and track ROI, productivity improvements and realised perks.
Facilitate governance reviews and provide executive updates.
Drive AI adoption through rollout planning, training and change management.
