Job Description
Manage AML/KYC compliance, including client onboarding, due diligence, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor contracts.
Identify legal risks and support business stakeholders on governance and regulatory matters.
Ensure strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant
LLB/LLM qualified.
Experience in AML/KYC Compliance, Legal & Regulatory functions.
Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Currently or previously worked with a reputed AMC/BFSI organization.
