Role Description The Helper role at Adani Power is a full-time, on-site position based at the Deosar location. The Helper will assist technicians, operators, and other team members with routine tasks across the plant, such as handling tools and materials, supporting maintenance activities, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Responsibilities include following safety instructions, helping during equipment checks, and providing general support during shifts to ensure smooth operations.



The role may involve basic manual handling, moving equipment, and performing simple housekeeping tasks as directed by supervisors. The Helper will work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to support efficient and secure plant functioning.
Qualifications
Ability to perform basic manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving tools or materials in a secure manner.
Willingness to follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and comply with all site regulations and instructions.
Basic understanding of industrial or utility work environments, with the ability to support maintenance and operations staff.
Positive teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take direction and work cooperatively with diverse colleagues.
Minimum educational qualification as per local regulations (e.g., secondary school level); prior experience in industrial, construction, or utility settings is an advantage.
Reliability in attending shifts, readiness to work in plant conditions, and flexibility to support different tasks as needed.
