Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting solutions, following up on inquiries, and scheduling product demonstrations or meetings for the external sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and providing timely updates on sales activities and forecasts. The Inside Sales Executive will also support customer service by addressing basic queries, nurturing relationships,



and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and handle a structured sales process.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude and the ability to understand digital analytics solutions and explain them clearly to clients.
Relevant experience in B2B or technology-related sales is beneficial, especially within digital, IT, or analytics domains.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools are preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven setting.
