Hiring Alert: Chat Process Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Chat Process Executives.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Undergraduate).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred for experienced candidates.
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Valuable written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Aadhaar card linked with a nationalized bank account is mandatory.
Candidates must not have previously registered or worked under NAPS.

Working Details
Shift Duration: 9 hours, including the applicable working schedule.
Shift Timings:



Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 2:00 AM.
Male Candidates: Rotational shifts.
Female Candidates: No night shifts.

Salary Details
Experienced Candidates: 20,500 CTC per month (approximately 18,691 in-hand, without PF).
Freshers: 14,250 stipend per month (approximately 14,250 in-hand, subject to applicable terms).
