Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar.

This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

The Social Media Manager will create and schedule posts, manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and monitor conversations about the brand.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, collaborating with the content and design teams, and ensuring brand consistency in all social communications.

The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and presenting regular performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.





Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and the ability to engage online communities.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy, with the ability to plan and organize content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, focusing on improving reach, engagement, and overall performance.
Candidates should possess solid Writing skills for creating compelling captions, posts, and short-form content.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or collaboration with designers, and familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is expected.
