Environmental Engineer cum Project Coordinator with 1+ year of work experience required in a reputed real-estate organisation located at Andheri, Mumbai

Environmental compliance experience in a real estate organisation is must

JD

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to Environmental Clearance, Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Clearance, Public Hearing, and High Rise Building (HRB) reports
Prepare compliance reports and handle technical correspondence and assistance with regulatory authorities and project proponents.
Review the documentation part required for Setting Clearance, CRZ clearance, High rise clearance & consent
Analyze and assess primary and secondary data, interpreting results according to prescribed rules and guidelines
Prepare technical presentations for SEAC II,



MCZMA, and HRC committees for clearances
Assist V.P Liaisoning & works closely with all departments and represents the property operation department
Coordinating with setting consultants, architects, MEP, structural , geotechnical & landscape consultants for clearance & consent

Alternate Saturdays are off

Salary upto Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum (can be increased for a suitable candidate)
