Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based at Vinayaka Sai Dental Clinic in Bengaluru. The Dentist will perform routine examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing preventive care, restorations, endodontic procedures, extractions, and other general dental treatments, while maintaining accurate patient records. The role involves educating patients about oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care, as well as collaborating with clinic staff to ensure safe, efficient clinical operations.



The Dentist is expected to adhere to infection control protocols, stay current with clinical best practices, and contribute to a positive, respectful patient environment.
Qualifications
Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree; MDS or relevant specialization is an advantage.
Valid dental registration/license as per local regulatory requirements, with eligibility to practice in Bengaluru.
Proficiency in general dental procedures, including examinations, restorations, endodontics, extractions, and preventive care.
Robust diagnostic skills and ability to develop clear, evidence-based treatment plans.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain procedures, manage patient concerns, and build trust.
Commitment to strict infection control, safety protocols, and ethical clinical practice.
Ability to work collaboratively within a clinic team and manage time in a busy patient schedule.
Willingness to participate in continuing education and adopt new techniques and technologies.
