Talent Acquisition Executive – US Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven US Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various IT and non-IT roles in the US market. Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing is mandatory.

This role will begin as remote for the first 3 to 4 months and may transition into an office-based/hybrid work setup depending on business requirements. The candidate should be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and referrals
Conduct Boolean searches and advanced talent mapping on LinkedIn Recruiter
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
Stay updated on US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Required Skills:
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment/staffing
Mandatory hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Solid understanding of Boolean search and talent mapping
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, and Indeed
Positive understanding of US staffing processes and end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to adapt to a startup culture and evolving work setup
Basic understanding of IT technologies and hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
Ability to work in night shifts to support US market hiring
Self-driven, target-oriented, and quick learner
