Innovaccer is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting for our US-based teams. This is a high-impact sourcing and recruiting role based out of our Noida office, working on the US shift to hire across go-to-market, product, engineering, and corporate functions.
A Day in the Life
Source, screen, and hire Medical Coders (CPC, CCS, COC, CRC certified and experienced specialists)
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for coding roles across specialties
Partner with hiring managers and operations teams to meet hiring targets and timelines
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards,
and referrals to build high-quality candidate pipelines for active US-based openings.
What You Need
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing experience in hiring Medical Coders for US healthcare clients or processes
Good understanding of coding certifications, specialties (E/M, Surgery, Radiology, Inpatient, Outpatient, etc.), and market compensation
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Comfortable with night shift and working from office
