Job Description – Senior Sales Manager / Team Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary : 80,000 -1,30,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced sales specialists with a strong background in real estate field sales and proven expertise in managing large sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor a sales team of at least 10 members.

Drive field sales, site visits, client meetings and deal closures.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build relationships with channel partners, investors and prospective buyers.





Develop field sales strategies and monitor team performance.

Handle high-value negotiations and provide on-ground sales support.

Requirements

6–16 years of total sales experience, preferably in real estate.

Mandatory: Strong hands-on field sales experience.

Experience managing at least 10 direct reportees.

Candidates from DLF or other leading real estate companies preferred.

Robust leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Must currently reside in Hyderabad.
