Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM & Marketing Intern at ourBengaluru office for 3 Months.

Are you interested in digital marketing and customer engagement Join Zoomcar's Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in CRM campaigns and marketing operations.

What You'll Do:
Execute campaigns across Push Notifications, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Email.




Perform campaign QA to ensure accurate copy, links, targeting, and scheduling.
Manage campaign calendars, creatives, and execution trackers.
Track campaign performance and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Support audience uploads and ongoing CRM operations.

What We're Looking For:
Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing.
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Robust attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Prior CRM or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
