Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary :

We are hiring motivated freshers to join our US HR Operations team. Candidates will assist with onboarding, employee documentation, background verification, immigration coordination, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :
Support US employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding.
Collect and verify onboarding documentation.
Assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes under supervision.
Coordinate background checks and employee documentation.
Maintain employee and consultant records.
Track Work Authorization (WA), EAD,



and visa expiry dates.
Assist with H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, and H-4 EAD documentation.
Coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain onboarding and compliance trackers.
Support HR reporting and payroll coordination.

Required Qualifications :
BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, B.Tech, or any relevant degree.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to work US night shifts.
