Role Description The Assistant Video Editor role is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur. The person in this role supports the video production team by organizing raw footage, preparing timelines, and assisting in the assembly of video content for marketing, product showcases, and social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing clips, syncing audio, performing basic color adjustments, and incorporating straightforward graphics or motion elements as directed.



The Assistant Video Editor will collaborate closely with senior editors, designers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives. This role also involves maintaining file organization, adhering to deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in video production and video editing, with experience using industry-standard editing software.
Ability to perform basic video color grading and visual adjustments to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Exposure to motion graphics and graphics, with the ability to integrate straightforward animated and static visual elements into edits.
Attention to detail, good visual storytelling sense, and the ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to learn from senior team members and accept feedback.
Ability to work in office in Nagpur and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
Prior internship or academic experience in media, filmmaking, design, or related fields is preferred; formal training in video editing or multimedia is a plus.
