Role Description This is a full-time Pharmacist role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Pune Division with some work-from-home flexibility. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and provide counseling to patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medication orders, maintaining pharmacy records, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare specialists, supporting medication therapy management, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives within the pharmacy.



The Pharmacist is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service while working both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, drug interactions, and dosage calculations.

Experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting is beneficial, along with a demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
