Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in performance testing tools and execution. The role focuses on performance validation, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting end-to-end testing in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests

Develop and maintain test scripts using JMeter / LoadRunner

Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks

Collaborate with development, DB, and infra teams for issue resolution

Prepare performance reports and dashboards

Support NFR validation and SLA compliance

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in performance testing

Hands-on expertise in JMeter / LoadRunner

Knowledge of web, API, and DB performance testing

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills





Education Qualification (Mandatory)

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech only

Valuable-to-Have

Experience in Banking/BFSI domain

Basic scripting (Shell/Python)

Basic understanding of monitoring tools

CI/CD exposure

Key Expectations

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Willingness to work as per bank calendar.
